"Everything else can wait, but the search for God cannot wait."
George Harrison
A Living Tribute to Music, Devotion and Memory
My Sweet George exists to honor George Harrison not as a distant icon, but as an artist whose music and spiritual inquiry still offer companionship, consolation and wonder. Created alongside Awake Souls, this editorial project marks the 25th anniversary of George’s passing with thoughtful stories, conversations, archival discoveries, devotional reflections and creative tributes. We follow the threads he made visible: songwriting and friendship, Krishna consciousness and India, gardening and generosity, grief and transcendence. Our purpose is to preserve the depth of his legacy while inviting new generations to listen more closely—to the records, to one another, and to the enduring possibility of a life directed toward love, service and the soul.
